Observed a double door refrigerator holding cooked chicken, beef, and corn at 44-48 F. Observed one hot holding unit holding chicken and beef at 120 F and 105 F respectively from almost 2 hours ago. Potentially hazardous foods must be held at 41 F or below or 135 F or above. Refrigerator temp turned down. Foods in hot holding unit reheated to 165 F and unit temp increased.
