Official wording

Three door refrigerator: cooked chicken: 45 degrees F.

Inspector’s notes

Inspection conducted to follow-up from the 8/15/26 inspection conducted due to a power outage that occurred due to an electrical fie in a vault in the sidewalk in front of this facility. Facility has electricity and hot water.

In plain English

Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.
