Observed slime mold on corner of ice shield in ice machine of wine cellar in contact w/ ice. All food contact surfaces shall be cleaned and sanitized to prevent cross contamination. Operator instructed to remove contaminated ice from machine in cellar and clean + sanitize ice shield and inside machine. Ensure ice machine cleaned thoroughly and regularly.
