Terriyaki chicken and cooked vegetables delivered school lunches measured at 100.8 *F. All PHF shall be held at 135 *F and above. Operator instructed to reheat foods to 165 *F before serving. Operator stated foods were received at 11:15 AM at the time of inspection. Operator recommended to use cambro food storage cabinet to hold hot delivered foods. Record temperatures of food before serving to students.

Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.
