Retail grab and go refrigerator is 60 degrees F (thermometer in unit). The following potentially hazardous foods in this unit were observed in the temperature danger zone: Chobani yogurt internal temperature of 54 degrees F, hard boiled eggs have internal temperature of 56 degrees H, Fontina cheese: internal temperature of 64 degrees F, apple cinnamon overnight oats labeled keep refrigerated : observed at 56 degrees F. All of these foods were voluntarily discarded into a compost container. Vanilla Chobani yogurts at 5 oz. each: 11 hard boiled eggs with out shells in bags: 28 Fontina cheese with crackers and Genoa salami: 18 apple cinnamon overnight oats 5 oz. each: 8 All of the above were voluntarily discarded into a compost container. Half and half in carafe in the dining area observed at 46 degrees F.
