Observed butternut squash and facility made ranch dressing at 53F in ice baths with insufficient ice. Cold hold potentially hazardous foods (PHFs) at 41F or below. Ensure level of ice comes up to the same level of the product you are trying to keep cold. Ice baths were remade and butternut squash was moved to walk-in to cool.
