Observed oatmeal in warming pot measured at 108*F. All hot foods shall be held at 135*F or above. Observed oat milk on counter of self serve area at 55.8*F. All cold holding shall be maintained at 41 *F or below. Operator states that breakfast service had just ended near time of inspection and both foods were voluntarily discarded by operator. Operator recommended to provide discard by labels/stickers if foods are to be discarded after service.
