Observed a roof leak due to freezing air conditioning unit. Leak was dripping above the salad bar onto a small bucket and splashing onto food. Food must be kept safe and unadulterated. Tomato, lettuce, corn, cheese etc. was discarded into outside garbage can. Discontinue use of this area until leak is repaired. Email a video showing proof of repair within 7 days.
