Unable to turn on water at prep sink. Ensure prep sink has cold and hot (at least 120F) water while kitchen is in operation. Turn water on and comply now. Major violation. Ensure two compartment sink is just used for warewashing (washing dishes) and the food prep sink is used for washing produce and other food prep.
