Observed metal bowl stored inside pancake mix. Observed bag of opened masa flour in dry storage area and bag of opened flour in back dry storage area. Ensure all foods are stored in an approved container with tight fitting lids and a label once opened. Ensure to utilize a scoop with a handle for pancake mix with handle not directly touching food. Discussed with person in charge.
