Three-compartment sink is set up with a pink liquid in the sanitizer in the sanitizer compartment. There is an Ecolab poster posted by the three-compartment sink for instructions on use of Smartpower Sink and Surface Cleaner Sanitizer. Per poster, range is 272 - 700 ppm DDBSA and 704 - 1875 ppm lactic acid. Employees showed quaternary ammonium and chlorine test strips. Employees haven't been trained on how to test sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink, and aren't able to find test strips to check sanitizer in this sink. Contact Ecolab to verify type of sanitizer and ask if there are test strips at this facility to test 3-compartment sink. Purchase alternative sanitizer, such as bleach, right now. Ecolab technician showed up at end of the inspection and tested sanitizer level. 0 ppm DDBSA and 0 ppm lactic acid. Technician corrected sanitizer at 3-comparmtent sink system by end of the inspection. Technician is leaving DDBSA/lactic acid test strip container. Corrected at inspection.
