Grated cheese (Monterey jack) observed at 53 degrees F in one door Avantco refrigerator. ~ 1.5 cups Monterey jack cheese voluntarily discarded into the compost container. prep refrigerator: internal temperature of whole shell egg: 52 degrees F - voluntarily discarded into the compost container. Observed half and half in open container at 51 degrees F. ~ 3.5 cups half and half discarded down the drain.
