Facility was issued a red placard due to backup located in kitchen of cafe of floor sink in front of grill area. Operator was cleaning and sanitizing kitchen floor at time of inspection. Floor drain has been cleared and no pooling water was observed.

Inspector’s notes

Following reinspection is conducted due to a red closure placard issued on 2.4.25. The facility was closed due to a backed up floor sink located in cafe in front of stove tops and water/grease accumulated in kitchen floor. Operator stated that drain has been serviced by plumber and back up has cleared.
