3. Cheese pizza stored in room temperature (measured at 80F). Per Owner, cheese pizza has been out since 3 hours prior to measurement. Owner stated cheese pizza is usually discarded 2 hours after it's cooked. No time markings observed nor Time As A Public Health Control (TPHC) documents provided.
