Inspector’s notes

Observed rodent droppings on the non food storage shelf in the back room. Dropping also observed on a glass that was for sale. According to the owner they must be old since there has not been an issue for 6 months and has an active pest control service. He will email the pest control report to me. [CA] Take effective measures to eliminate any rodent from inside the facility. Clean and sanitize the shelves. The owner is throwing away the glass cup that the dropping was on. Reinspection will be completed for correction and pest control invoice.
