Jan 30, 2026
2 recorded violations
Official wording
No rodents, insects, birds, or animals
Inspector’s notes
Observed some rodent droppings on the floor under the milk crates. According to the owner they must be old as there is not currently a rodent issue in the facility. [CA] Remove the milk crates and thoroughly clean the floors. Protect food from contamination and continue with the pest control service.
In plain English
The inspector found mice, rats, cockroaches, flies, or evidence of them (like droppings) inside the business, or conditions that could attract them. Pests can spread bacteria to food and surfaces, so this is treated as one of the more serious findings.

Food obtained from approved source
Inspector’s notes
According to the owner the potato salad is made at home. [CA] Food must be from an approved source or properly documented. The potato salad was removed from sale and the owner will take it back home.

Food came from an unapproved source, was missing required date marks or labels, or was past its use-by date. Knowing where food came from and how old it is helps prevent illness.
