Hand wash station in the restroom lacked hand soap and paper towels. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped with handwashing cleanser and single-use sanitary towels in dispensers. Ensure paper towels and hand soap are easily accessible and readily available at all times. [COS] Employee refilled both hand soap and paper towels.

Repackaged dehydrated vegan meats maintained on the shelf lacked labels. Frozen tapioca dumplings maintained inside the merchandiser freezer lacked any type of labels. Manager provided original packaging of the vegan meats to verify approved sources. Frozen tapioca dumplings per manager is prepared at their approved food facilities. [CA] Food prepackaged in a food facility shall bear a label with the following: 1) common name of the food, 2) list of ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight, 3) quantity of contents, 4) name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor.
