Mops are stored directly within the mop sink. [CA] After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. Observed a gap of greater than 1/4 inch below the rear exterior door to the facility. [CA] Eliminate gap greater than 1/4" to prevent the entrance and harborage of vermin.

Inspector’s notes
Observed the build-up of debris within the restroom floor drains and drain in front of the three compartment sink. Standing water observed within the restroom floor drains (all sinks are free flowing). [CA] Drains shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Clear floor drains so that they are free flowing.
