Dish washer had a pipe leak and PIC stated rinse cycle wasn't working, however facility did not use dish washer at the time. PIC stated they were waiting on maintenance and doing manual warewashing instead when needed. [CA] Repair dish washer and continue to manually ware wash when needed.
