Observed 2 dead cockroaches in facility (one under break table and one under food prep table in main kitchen area). Facility had a recent pest control report from a service conducted on 7/16/25 stating no findings. [CA] Eliminate pests from facility; recommend working with professional pest control and setting a minimum of 15 glue traps for monitoring.
