Milk in milk foam dispenser measured to be 67F. Per operator milk is to be discarded every 4 hour. No time markings or logs or tracking available for milk. [CA] When time only, rather than time and temperature is used as a public health control, PHFs shall be time marked to indicate when item is removed from temperature control, discarded if not consumed or served within 4 hours, and written procedures shall be readily available for review. Ensure containers and utensils in contact with food on TPHC shall also be cleaned or replaced after 4 hours. [COS] Milk was VC&D into sink.
