Remove modification or replace with the same model single compartment fryer. 2) Prep sink observed to be slumping forward and loosely secured to wall. [CA] Repair prep sink legs and ensure sink is sealed and secured to wall. 3) Gasket for upright freezer for left door observed to be fraying. [CA] Repair gasket and maintain in good condition. 4) Large ice build up observed in the back of freezer. [CA] Defrost unit and maintain in good repair.
