Contact DEH at 408-918-3400 or at www.ehinfo.org to obtain plan check requirements. Facility is hereby given 30 day from todays inspection to submit plans to Santa Clara County Health Department.

Measured a tray of pork (lechon with fillings) sitting on the prep table for less than 4 hours holding at 118F. [CA] Maintain all hot PHFs held at or above 135F. [COS] Operator directed to reheat PHFs to 165F.
