Missing hand wash sink in the back next to the 3-comp sink. Area seems to have a previously installed hand wash sink next to the 3-comp sink. A hand wash sink is available in the front but it's not easily accessible from the back. [CA] Install a handwash sink, if major plumbing or remodel is needed, submit plans to this department to install a handwash sink near the food prep area / warewashing area in the back. Contact DEH at 408-918-3400 or at dehplancheck@deh.sccgov.org to obtain plan check requirements.
