[CA] Potentially hazardous foods shall be held cold at 41°F or below. Prep cooler inserts shall not be filled past the load line. Discontinue double stacking containers/cheese bags to maintain proper air flow in unit. [SA] All food items were relocated to the walk in cooler for rapid cooling.
