Observed gas flat grill (Blackstone) outside the back door of the restaurant. Per cook, parotta (flaky flatbread) is cooked outside. On the menu kiosk, the parotta states it is served/available after 6pm. [CA Discontinue use of the Blackstone flat grill for the cooking of flatbread outdoors. Remove equipment immediately from the facility on or before Monda 9/14/26. Cooking of flatbread is prohibited outdoors and must be cooked indoors using existing flat grill in kitchen.
