The walk in cooler was at 50 degrees F. [CA] It must keep food at 41 degrees F and below. The orange juice label says keep refrigerated. By the end of the inspection it went down to 44 degrees. The employee adjusted the temperature. He stated that it is because of delivery. Place the orange juice into a refrigerator that is 41 degrees F and below.
