Observed a love spider and a dead spider in the dry food storage/office room. [CA] Take effective measures to eliminate the insects from inside the dry food storage room. The shelves are very full and may need to have everything pulled out for proper cleaning before replacing all of the items on the very full shelves.
In plain English
The inspector found mice, rats, cockroaches, flies, or evidence of them (like droppings) inside the business, or conditions that could attract them. Pests can spread bacteria to food and surfaces, so this is treated as one of the more serious findings.

criticalCode K07Food temperature
Official wording
Proper hot and cold holding temperatures
Inspector’s notes
A tray of chicken wraps was out on a prep table while employees serving breakfast. [CA] They must be kept refrigerate after prep at 41 degrees F and below. [COS] The employee put them into the refrigerator after discussing the need for PHFs to be kept at proper temperatures.
The refrigerator on the far left is not holding food 41 degrees F and below. The shredded cheese tested at 45 degrees F, sliced cheese at 44 F, the pizza at 43 F, and the nuggets were thawing and at 41 degrees F. [CA] All PHF must be held at 41 degrees F and below. [COS] The employee moved all of the PHF to the properly working refrigerator to hold 41 degrees F and below.
In plain English
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.
The paper towel dispenser was empty at the hand sink. [CA] Keep the soap and paper towels dispenser full for proper hand washing. [COS] The employee refilled it.
In plain English
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
