Preparation unit across from cookline was not maintaining PHF at 41F or below. Observed pooled water in the bottom. [CA] Refrigeration must be capable of maintaining PHFs at 41°F or below. Sliding door of the reach in fridge was not functioning, unable to open one side. [CA] Repair/replace reach in fridge door. Observed residential reach in freezer in the dry storage room. [CA] Food equipment shall be certified or classified for sanitation by an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited certification program (e.g. NSF, UL EPH, UL Sanitation, CSA Sanitation, or ETL Sanitation).
Equipment, utensils, thermometers, cutting boards, or single-use items were not in good condition, not the right type, or not stored properly.
