1) No paper towels available in employee restroom. 2) No paper towels available at hand wash sink near the 3 comp sink. Additional hand wash sink available at cook line. [CA] Ensure paper towels are available at all times. [COS] Food employee restocked paper towels.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
