Battery found dead for the dish plate thermometer (for high temp diswasher). Lack of test strips to test sink/sanitizer concentration. [CA] Replace thermometer with a new battery and provide the correct test strips (sink/sanitizer/lactic acid). Note- chlorine and quat ammonium test strips were on site.
