Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible
1. Hand wash station within the restroom is missing a paper towel dispenser at the time of inspection and a mounted soap dispenser. [CA] Paper towels shall be stored inside the dispenser to prevent potential contamination and have a soap dispenser. [SA] Hand pump is next to hand wash and paper towel roll. 2. Hand wash station next to the 3-compartment sink is missing a paper towel dispenser and soap dispenser is not operational. [CA] Paper towels shall be stored inside the dispenser to prevent potential contamination and have a soap dispenser. [SA] Hand pump is next to hand wash and paper towel roll. REPEAT VIOLATION. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

The inspector found mice, rats, cockroaches, flies, or evidence of them (like droppings) inside the business, or conditions that could attract them. Pests can spread bacteria to food and surfaces, so this is treated as one of the more serious findings.
