Sewage and wastewater properly disposed
The walk in cooler is draining to a canceled drain and spilling over onto the floor of the storage room. Per Mario, they had the condenser changed and the contractor drained the waste water to the drain. [CA] Food facility shall not operate if there is sewage overflowing or backing up in the food facility. The food facility, or impacted areas, shall remain closed until all plumbing problems have been corrected and all contaminated surfaces have been cleaned and sanitized. [SA] Facility cleaned up the waste water and used a bucket to contain the waste water. Per Chef Juan, they have an open ticket to reactivate the drains. Facility is also exploring other methods to drain the waste water if the drains are unable to be reactivated.
The business had issues with hot or cold running water, plumbing, drains, backflow prevention, or sewage disposal. Some of these, like no hot water, can force a temporary closure until fixed.

The men's restroom lacked paper towels. [CA] Maintain the paper towel dispenser stocked.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
