Inspector’s notes
In the food preparation area, observed the handwash sink is clogged and inoperable. Per PIC, handwash sink has been inoperable for 2 days. Observed another handwash sink is available nearby, where the soap and paper towel dispenser is broken. [CA] Handwash stations shall be fully stocked with soap and single use towels and accessible at all times. Soap and single use towels shall be stored in an approved dispenser. [SA] Employee has provided temporary soap and single use towels at the functioning hand sink for handwashing. Per store manager, facility has submitted work order to repair the clogged sink. Both handwash stations shall be fully stocked, operational, and available for use. Submit picture proof of both fully stocked and operational handwash sinks to district specialist (kathy.vo@deh.sccgov.org) by 3/30/2026.
