1) Measured the ambient temperature of the 1-door upright cooler in the back nearby the office at 52F. No Potentially Hazardous Foods are stored in this unit at the time of inspection. Per PIC, this unit is frequently opened and closed. [CA] Refrigeration units shall consistently maintain foods below 41F or below. Discontinue storage of Potentially Hazardous Foods until the unit is repaired. 2) Observed the active use of two countertop MerryChef ovens for reheating prepackaged foodswithout ventilation hood or approval from this Department. [CA] Provide approved exhausted hood ventilation over all cooking equipment as required to effectively remove cooking odors, smoke, steam, grease, heat, and vapors. Facility to submit plans or apply for hood exemption to Plan Check Department.
