1/2 and 1/2 creamer within a carrafe at the self service area subject to TPHC lacked a time marking. PIC stated that the creamer was removed from temperature control at 1pm. [CA] When time only, rather than time and temperature is used as a public health control, PHFs shall be time marked to indicate when item is removed from temperature control, discarded if not consumed or served within 4 hours, and written procedures shall be readily available for review. [COS] Creamer time marked with a discard time of 5pm at the time of inspection.
