Facility has installed three compartment sink and hand wash sink at the back of the facility. A change of ownership inspection was conducted on 12/16/21. However, our records do not show that the three compartment sink and equipment including front coffee machines were installed at that time. The permit category will need to be upgraded [CA] A person proposing to build or remodel a food facility shall submit plans and specifications for review and shall receive plan approval prior to starting any new construction or remodeling. Contact DEH at 408-918-3400 or at www.ehinfo.org to obtain plan check requirements. Facility shall submit plans to get an approval of the above items. Submit plans no later than 5/8/2026 or further enforcement actions may be taken.
