Metal containers on top of the steam table were measured at 128*F at the time of inspection. No inside of steam tables. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. PHFs must be kept inside of steam tables to keep hot [SA] Metal trays were moved to the flat grill to be kept hot.
