One of the drain lines for the ice machine is draining into a bucket at the time of inspection. [CA] Liquid waste shall be disposed of through the approved plumbing system and shall discharge into the public sewerage or into an approved private sewage disposal system. Have drain line go into floor sink located into floor sink under the ice machine.

Only hand wash station within the bar is missing a mounted soap dispenser at paper towel dispenser. [CA] Hand wash stations must be fully stocked with mounted soap/paper towels dispensers at all times. [SA] PIC added soap next to hand wash and paper towels.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
