Ensure all hand sinks are easily accessible to employees to facilitate proper hand washing. [COS]: Specialist instructed staff to remove boxes and to ensure that hand sink is accessible. 2. Lack of single use towels at the only hand sink at the employee restroom. [CA]: Ensure single use towels are available at dispensers at all times. [COS]: Manager restocked dispenser with single use towel.
