Also observed 2 dead crickets in the facility on the floor. [CA] clean them up and take effective measures to eliminate insects from inside the facility.

According to the cook they are made in the morning and held until lunch in the warmer. [CA] Adjust the warmer to hold the food at 135 degrees F minimum. The food was placed in the other warmer to hold at 135 degrees F.
