Employee using test strips that were already turned blue in some areas. The employee did not know which test strips to use for the quat sanitizer.[CA] Please learn which test strips are for each sanitizer and the concentrations needed. Quat must be at 200ppm. Once the test strips have become damaged and turning colors then they must be replaced.
