Floor throughout bakery is unclean. Tile coving is missing on left side of the 3 comp sink. [CA] Walls and/or floors in food preparation area shall be kept clean. Repair coving tile.

Right front hand sink soap dispenser is not working, paper towel dispenser is stuck and premixed water temperature is 114F. Left hand sink from premixed faucet has water temperature measuring 114F. [CA] Handwashing facilities equipped with a mixing valve that is not readily adjustable at the faucet, shall provide warm water at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F. Repair soap and paper towel dispensers. Use other nearby sink to wash hands.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
