The walk in refrigerator is at 55 degrees F. The apple juice says that it must be kept refrigerated and is at 55 degrees F. [CA] The juice must be kept at 41 degrees F and below. The manager is scanning them all to throw away. They must be discarded since they were not kept at proper temperature.
The walk in refrigerator must be repaired to hold 41 degrees F and below.
