There are alternative sinks that bakery will utilize until longterm solution achieved

8-404.11 Ceasing Operations and Reporting. The facility's drainage by the dishwashing machine has sewage overflow. Permit holder shall immediately discontinue operations and notify the regulatory authority if an imminent health hazard may exist because of an emergency such as a fire, flood, extended interruption of electrical or water service, SEWAGE backup, misuse of poisonous or toxic materials, onset of an apparent foodborne illness outbreak, gross insanitary occurrence or condition, or other circumstance that may endanger public health. After discussing with supervisor, it was decided to close the facility until the sewage overflow is completely fixed. Talked to staff and owners and the facility was immediately closed to the public. The owner will reach out to BCPH for a reopening inspection.
