6-310.11 & 6-301.12 Hand soap and paper towels in hand sink. The hand sink by the front service area does not have hand soap. The hand sink in the back area by the 3-compartment sink does not have hand soap nor paper towels. All hand sinks must have paper towels and hand soap at all times. Talked to owner and let him know he should always have hand soap and paper towels at all times even if they hand sinks are not being used.
