Person in charge shall demonstrate to the regulatory authority knowledge of foodborne disease prevention. Take the Certified Food Protection Manager class and provide copy of certification.

The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. Each hand washing sink shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. Each hand washing sink shall be provided with individual, disposable towels. Talked to owner about always providing hand soap and paper towels in all hand sinks at all times
