FOUND NO VALID CITY OF CHICAGO FOOD MANAGER CERTIFICATE POSTED ON PREMISES (ONLY PHOTO COPY) WHILE TCS FOODS BEEF TAQUITOS, POLISH SAUSAGES, ETC. ARE PREPARED. INSTRUCTED MUST HAVE ORIGINAL CITY OF CHICAGO FOOD MANAGER CERTIFICATE WITH FOOD MANAGER ON PREMISES WHILE TCS FOODS ARE PREPARED. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-012.

CUSTOMERS WASHROOM HANDWASH SINK WITH LESS THAN 15 SECONDS RUNNING TIME. INSTRUCTED MANAGER MUST RECALIBRATE SAID HANDWASH SINK TO A MINIMAL OF 15 SECONDS RUNNING WATER TIME.
