OBSERVED MISSING HANDWASHING SIGNAGE IN RESTROOMS ON FLOORS 1-3. INSTRUCTED PERSON IN CHARGE TO PROVIDE HANDWASHING SIGNAGE AT ALL HANDSINKS.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE DROPPINGS AND CLEAN AND SANITIZE SAID AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-020 (A). NO CITATION ISSUED
