NOTED INADEQUATE HOT WATER AT BOTH STAFF WASHROOM WASHBOWLS ON LOWER LEVEL OF EARLY HEAD START AND EARLY HEAD START CLASSROOM WASHROOM WASHBOWL. HOT WATER NOTED IN STAFF WASHROOMS AT 61.8F AND 80.2F. CLASSROOM WASHROOM WASHBOWL AT 87.9 WHERE DIAPER CHANGING STATION IS LOCATED. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE A MINIMUM HOT WATER TEMPERATURE AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS AT 100F. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C) CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

FACILITY NOTED USING THE HAND WASHING SINK TO WASH DISHES. INSTRUCTED TO EITHER INSTALL A THREE COMPARTMENT SINK WITH HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER, AN ATTACHED GREASE TRAP, AN ATTACHED DRAINBOARD OR RACK DRAIN SHELVING ABOVE THE SINK OR INSTALL A COMMERCIAL GRADE DISHWASHING SINK WITH A SCRAPPER ONE COMPARTMENT SINK OR HAVE 100% DISPOSABLE DISHWARE AND UTENSILS THROUGHOUT THE KITCHEN WITH A WRITTEN CONTRACT FROM THE CATERING COMPANIES STATING ALL DISPOSABLE WILL BE USED AND ALL POTS/LARGE FOOD CONTAINERS TO BE WASHED, RINSED AND SANITIZED AT THE COMPANY'S FACILITY. INSTRUCTED TO USE DISPOSABLE DISHWARE ONLY OR SERVE PREPACKED FOODS UNTIL THE ABOVE VIOLATION HAS BEEN CORRECTED. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-025 CITATION ISSUED.
